Cancellation Policy
Booking Rules: - Clients may book sessions up to 14 days in advance. - Sessions are first-come, first-served until class capacity is reached. - Clients may only book sessions that are included in their active membership plan. - Cancellation / Rescheduling - Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the session start time. - Late cancellations or no-shows will still count as a used session. If you miss a booked session, it cannot be credited back or rolled over. Session Limits: -Each membership plan comes with a set number of sessions per month (e.g., 8, 12, 16, or 20). -Sessions must be used within the billing cycle — they do not roll over. -Once your plan’s sessions are used, you may purchase a Drop-In Session separately if you’d like to attend more. Please arrive 10 minutes early to warm up and check in. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
