How to Book Your Sessions

  • Log In

    • Use your email and password to log in to your account.

    • (Tip: If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one before purchasing a session pack.)

  • Choose Your First Session Date

    • Go to the Training → Group Session Packs page.

    • Select the session pack that fits your schedule (1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week).

    • Pick the first date and time you want to train.

  • Pay for Your Session Pack

    • At checkout, confirm your package and complete your payment.

    • Once your payment is confirmed, your session pack will be active and ready to use.

  • Book All of Your Sessions

    • After checkout, go to the menu and click My Bookings.

    • Find your active session pack and click Manage.

    • From here, select additional dates and times until all of your sessions are scheduled.

    • (Example: If you bought an 8-session pack, you should book all 8 sessions before the pack expires.)

  • Stay Organized

    • After booking each session, click Add to Calendar to sync it with your Google Calendar.

    • Set reminders so you don’t miss your sessions.

  • When You’re Done

    • Once all your sessions are used, you can purchase a new session pack right from the website to continue training without interruptions.
